Agnes Scott College
 Judicial Board

We exist primarily to help maintain a healthy academic community within the Residence Halls.  We are trusted to carefully deliberate over issues of responsibility and to make decisions based upon our findings.

The Honor Code expects that each student's behavior and actions will contribute to a community characterized by individual integrity, respect, and a concern for the implications and repercussions of individual behavior.

The goal is to encourage and assist students in assuming the responsibility for their own behaviors and discipline.  The purpose of the Judicial Board is to educate rather than punish, to be helpful rather than vindictive, and to stimulate students to think about their actions as they relate to the other members of our community.
